I was introduced to Guy’s Seasoning by my late step-father, 37 years ago. I just heard the news of the Meat Market and all of us were very saddened.
My favorite dish in the world is boneless skinless thighs (see photo). And anybody I have ever served, always say "holy shit!”
We will miss your smoked chickens & hamburgers as well.
Can’t imagine life without the seasoning!
What is the best way to store the seasoning (long term)? In the freezer maybe.
